These past couple of weeks we have moved from our old online PM system, Basecamp and switched to Redmine (www.redmine.org). This program has been awesome so far. It has replaced both Basecamp and Trac (bug tracking program) as well as adding new great features. Best part is that its free.

I can tell you from the PM role, it has provided me with easy insight into all of our projects and goals both internally and externally. Here is a brief overview of some of the Redmine functionality from their website:
